Rodent Management
Ecologically-based methods for integrated management
of rodent pests in Australia and Asia are being developed by CSE research teams.
Research has identified factors influencing
rodent pest populations and management strategies
have been developed to significantly reduce the economic and social impact of this pest.

Rodent populations can sometimes become very large and result in extensive economic and environmental damage. This historic image shows a of a mound of mice resulting from 4 nights trapping during a mouse plague in Victoria, Australia, 1917.
